Kevin is a very experienced and talented massage therapist. The best massage I’ve had in years! He knows how to address your muscles with care and ensures you’re comfortable throughout the massage. Only note that I would mention is the waiting area is small and could use a diffuser or something that is welcoming and relaxing for guest while they wait. Lastly, the walls are a little thin so you can hear into the the room next to you. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will be back to this location!

I had an hour and half deep tissue massage by Chad and he did great. Plenty of pressure and really worked hard on the knotted areas of my back, neck, and legs. Everyone was great and it was a very comfortable environment.

I called on a Thursday to book massages for me and my husband on Saturday while we were having a get-a-away weekend. They were so nice and professional. However when we came the day for our massages they didn’t have us on the schedule. They had us put down for a different Saturday. They didn’t seem apologetic at all nor did they offer any compensation. I’ve been a member with elements for years and the Allen location is fantastic. However I would not recommend this Frisco location at all!

This is a great massage studio. I’ve been going to Vincent for stress and some chronic inflammation and he’s helped me so much, I can sit at a desk without having to adjust myself too much to get comfortable. I highly recommended the CBD oil and salt stones, too. I know one of the therapists also does cupping though I haven’t tried it with them, yet.

This business cancelled the 10am appointment at 830a on the day of the appointment. I had made this for my wife’s birthday three weeks in advance. If a customer had done the same they would charge you. Other EM franchises have been excellent.

Well we did like this place at one time and gave them five stars as you see below. I do not know what happen to this location but now in two weeks they have cancelled our appointments twice. They just call the day before and say we can’t keep the appointment anymore. Don’t waste your time booking an appointment.

Was my first time in Element massage in Frisco and I have to admit it was a great experience. I had Samantha do my massage and she definitely knows what she’s doing. I came in for an hour massage with tightness and pain in my upper back and shoulders and came out pain free. It felt amazing! Thank you Samantha!
