Not recommended. We have made reservations two weeks in advance for each appointment and already three times in a row that they wait for us to arrive at the location just tell us they don’t have availability due to overbooking. Very bad experience. They expect customers to adapt to their needs instead of viceversa. Three times in a row! Not a coincidence anymore, that’s how they run their business.

It was my first time to visit Elements Massage and the masseur was awesome! But the experience didn’t start there. The front office/lobby had a wonderful smell and relaxing music which already started to wash the stress off the body. The staff working the front was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered any question in detail and was very attentive to all that came through. I rated this a 10 because I have been places that failed in comparison. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage and am already looking forward to my next visit.

I have been going here for years and find Elements the best place for a massage. I have gone to multiple locations and enjoyed the different styles of their therapists. Whatever pressure or type of massage you like, they have a therapist for you. I have also tried cupping, aroma therapy, and CBD massage for something different and too increase relaxation. I highly recommend using them.

She confirmed the appointment 2 days prior but the day of (today) her son ended up sick and she asked me to reschedule the appoint for her. I was advised they wouldn’t reschedule because it wasn’t 24hr notice and she would have to forfeit the Groupon voucher. Clearly you can’t have anything come up the day of the appointment otherwise they won’t work with you. I booked a massage for my friend for her birthday. She confirmed the appointment 2 days prior but the day of (today) her son ended up sick and she asked me to reschedule the appoint for her. I was advised they wouldn’t reschedule because it wasn’t 24hr notice and she would have to forfeit the Groupon voucher.
