I scheduled a hot stone massage with Grace. She gave a wonderful massage with the perfect pressure. The 90 minutes was very relaxing. She didn’t talk at all during which is how I like it. But I do think she could have been a little more welcoming before starting. It had a little bit of a feel of “get ’em in, get ’em out” and move on to the next one. The employees at the front desk were nice. They weren’t overly friendly. No one asked how I was doing today or reminded to drink water, or any extra kindness like take care of yourself or have a nice day. Little comments like that can go a long way to make each client feel special. I think I get more attention during a haircut than I did for this massage. That being said, I would go back. Grace was good at what she does, and that’s massage. Thank you!

I went here a while back ago, but just now feeling up to writing my review. I called in advance and asked if they did deep tissue massages on the back that were specific for people who have herniated discs (my physical therapist recommended a deep tissue massage to help release muscles in my back), I was assured that they had the perfect person to take care of me. I showed up and an older gentleman was assigned to me and instead of giving me the deep tissue massage that I requested, he did some weird nerve massage or something of another that was nowhere near my back, in fact he was all up in my armpits…. Which is an area that typically one would be advised to stay away from because of all of the nerves running through your armpit…. I was assured by this man that he was very experienced in this type of massage and could work wonders on me. Needless to say, my ulnar nerve was pinched in both arms after this massage, and I then had to deal with that for months…. Absolutely no benefit to my back. Not a repeat…. EVER.

POOR customer service. I have booked massages many times in my life and I am NOT likely to intentionally miss a massage appointment. I will say they called on Saturday and Sunday and did not leave a message although Meghan, a manager, said they did. They did not. I did have an email confirmation…who checks email?? If they had left a message or texted me I would not have been charged a $55 cancellation fee. When I was booking the massage I went through the whole process and something happened in the end that indicated it did not go through and I would have to start again. If it’s difficult it is an indication to me that something is wrong with their system and I am not going to go through the whole process again. Much to my dismay I find out 3 days later that they have charged me. I would not want anyone else to be treated this poorly. Lazy business owners who can’t even leave a message or text in this day and age are not who I prefer to spend my money with. Proceed with caution!

I really like coming here. -1 star because I HATE their new online appointment booking system. Their old system was great, I could book and change appointments and look up my schedule at any time. Now, I have to call every time I want to book, change or check my appointments. If it wasn’t for their New and “Improved” online booking system, they would have 10 stars. I have been getting regular massages here for a while now. I have seen several different therapists. All are great, but Michelle and Scott stand out. I just had a trigger point massage with Scott and I feel better than I have in years. I am a loyal customer. The front desk staff is also very polite, friendly, and helpful.

I love it here. The girl at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. I started going here because Jesus is AWESOME but his schedule changed and it doesnt fit mine so unfortunately I had to look for another therapist and have tried alot but my two favorite would be brian and sung(hope I spelled it right) they are awesome. I like deep tissue and they are good at it but still relaxing enough like a Swedish to enjoy my massage. Highly recommend

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThis is quite possibly the worse massage business around. I had previously received a GREAT massage from someone here, Linda. So, I scheduled another appointment.Well, when I showed up, they said they said my appointment was cancelled and they did not bother to call me. (I drove an hour to the appointment.)They apologized so I reschedule while standing in the lobby for the following Friday. I showed up that Friday and was told I did not have an appointment. The manager previously handed me the intake forms and I had them ready and had written down the appointment and put it on my calendar AS soon as I left. I wasted 4 hours of travel.They offer to do nothing for my time. I did not get a refund for a massage that was already paid for!!Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever received! I’ve worked in the food industry and in retail and these ladies are horrible – Sierra and Makayla.
