My husband and I went for a couples massage. The first thing my husband said when he got on the massage table was that the bed felt sticky. I had Jacob and while the massage was great he repeatedly said the f word and $#!+ during my massage, as my muscles were very tight. I couldn’t relax due to his continued cussing and talking. My husband said other than his bed feeling sticky, Lamina was great.

I’ve been getting massages from this location for almost 5 years now. I signed up for their program and get monthly 90-minute massages. I’ve had to go through several therapists due to turnover, but the majority of them I’ve gotten have been fantastic. The last several months, however, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve called and left messages and no one has ever called me back. The month before last I ended up going to another location much further from my house just because I was in so much pain and needed a massage as soon as possible. I have no idea what’s going on, but their customer service has really deteriorated the last few months.

Julianna did my massage. She was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The front desk was also friendly and helpful at helping me pick an essential oil for my massage. Room was freezing and she moved/paced rather quickly which came across rough. Not that her pressure was too hard but rather she seemed to struggle with timing which made it hard for me relax. I ended up bruised on my arm.

The few times I have been to this location the experience was great. I booked an appointment for my birthday and they were closed granted we had a snow storm but was not notified that they were closed after I drove up there. Left a message and 3 days later have not heard back. Tried calling again and straight to voicemail mail. Maybe they don’t care anymore about their customers. Won’t be going back to this one for awhile if ever.
