The shop is just lovely. Very clean, modern and soothing. I came in specifically to get a massage that would address some chronic pain I’ve had in my lower back. I’ve had MRI’s, injections, chiropractic work, all to no avail. Hannah spent so much time with me, doing exactly what I asked, and what she thought needed to be done. They customized my massage to exactly what was right for me. It felt more like a therapy session. It was not the most soothing massage I’ve ever had but that’s not what I was looking for. I was extremely impressed with Hannah’s experience, knowledge and touch. I left there feeling more relief than I have felt in years. I told Hannah she is my new best friend and I’m going to start going weekly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend Elements Massage in Richmond Heights.

I usually don’t like the discount membership massage studios, but Elements (especially this location) is very comfortable, clean and professional. I have been to several therapists there and they were all exceptional! Highly recommend!

Tried Elements last night looking for a more theraputic massage after rehabbing shoulder post surgery. My physical therapist recommended them and specifically Wendell as she uses him personally and told me he was different and really well trained. That he would understand my needs and limitations due to ailments.

I did add the CBD lotion along with the massage but wasn’t expecting it to be so much. I guess I should of asked how much it was. Oh well sometimes you gotta treat yourself!

I’ve received massages at the this studio several times now and it has been a wonderful experience every time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve had relaxing Swedish massages and also deep tissue/trigger point massages… it’s helped reduce my pain,knots, and soreness tremendously! I’d definitely recommend going and giving them a try 🙂
