I love the way that reception front desk handle and inquire with you making sure that you are all set making sure that you’re good, making sure that the specialist gave you all that you need and the way that you have always attention to your needs and give options you don’t have to stick with one specialist you can move around and give everybody a chance to take that experience with but again the front desk is so very professional and I love it that’s always a plus getting a good relationship professionally within the business. I love going to elements massage in Forest Park. My first impression is always a lasting for me. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThe membership with this place is a scam, be aware!I’m paying every month for a one-hour massage, but they’ve cancelled my appointment twice now, with one hour notice, without giving me options to re-schedule it.I’m paying for a service they’re not providing. Every time they cancel last minute, I’m at the back of the line to get an appointment, which usually means one month out for a deep tissue massage.I called to cancel my membership and they wanted for me to pay an extra month… Also they don’t want to refund me the previous month I paid for no service, saying that the payment was 26 days ago, so it’s too late to refund it… What?? As a business owner, I know very well that this just an excuse. If I was a millionaire, I would get a massage from her at least once a week. I am so thankful to have found Nicole and Elements massage.
