Hard to find a good masseuse here as turn over is frequent. And when you do find a good one, they’re booked out months. If you sign up for the monthly massages, you can’t use them fast enough because staff is scarce. Then when you cancel, you have to use them within 30 days (or was it 60?) and your masseuse isn’t even available! It’s a bad program.

Critical: QualityWent for a massage for wifes birthday and was not that great. Our massage therapists seemed inexperienced. Asked for a hard pressure massage and was lite. Then why was room cold and beds not heated?? First time i have experienced that in a massage place. Made it very uncomfortable. Everything else was nice. Everyone was friendly and very well kept inside. Its just frustrating when sometimes its hit or miss with massages. I bet it could be a lot better with different massage therapists on a different day. Went for a massage for wifes birthday and was not that great. Our massage therapists seemed inexperienced. Asked for a hard pressure massage and was lite. Then why was room cold and beds not heated?? My experience would be comical if I did not cost me $110. Hands down the worst massage I have ever experienced, and it lasted 40 minutes. My therapist was exceptionally nice, but lacked experience. He even said he was using a new technique on me. I could barely feel the massage. I asked for more pressure, and still did not get any. Came in 15 minutes early for the appointment, filled out the form and discussed having bursitis and plantar fasciitis with my therapist…. My feet and hip are weren’t even touched. Like what?? I take the time to discuss the areas I need help with (plantar fasciitis is only relieved through massage) and they aren’t even touched during my shockingly short massage? Ridiculous.

The front staff is friendly but isn’t very knowledgeable in knowing the differences in massages. It’s a little inconvenient that the systems aren’t the same for other locations. I couldn’t schedule for another location within the Twin Cities. The massage that I found I wanted wouldn’t be available with that therapist for over a month. This location could have a few more therapists.

Easy to schedule online, with very complete bios citing therapist pressures and specialties. Really helpful and I wish more places did that. I saw Jill who was new to the studio, so I didn’t get the bio for her but she was very good, nice and was very conscious of my comfort. I’ll likely be back. It’s a little pricey at $89 an hour, and have some wellness package they push hard to bring the cost down. I’d probably go somewhere else for a more consistent rate as prepaying for massages isn’t something I would ever do. I’ll go back though, since it’s a good location

My daughter and I each had a massage at Elements today. We loved it! Very relaxing and therapeutic and I appreciate no “sell” on the package. While I understand the benefits of regular massage, for me it is a treat that I indulge in every once in awhile and not something I can afford monthly. The staff was professional and the environment was clean and spacious and calming.
