Had one of the worst and most uncomfortable massage experiences of my life with Dan. I could write a long review of all the reasons why but I’ve already wasted enough of my time and money on that massage. Management may contact me should they like more details of that. Aside from the unprofessional things during the massage itself, the actual storefront is bare bones, the massage room is creepy, the music playing during the massage is upbeat pop, and you’re left naked, exposed and freezing on the table with a very thin sheet because they “stopped using blankets with the virus”. I guess you get what you pay for here.

I can not say enough about this place. I went for the first time today and was very impressed by how they do things. Angie at the front desk was welcoming and professional and went through the sign in process with me and got everything ready. Erin was my massage therapist and she knew exactly what to do! I appreciated her checking in a couple of times to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure or comfortable on the table and making an accommodation when I was a little uncomfortable. She worked on all of my problem areas and made accurate recommendations for my next visit. This place is incredible!! I was also very impressed with their online scheduling system, it was easy to set up an appointment and was very happy with the text reminders about my appointment. Why aren’t there any ratings higher than a 5 star! They deserve it.

I booked an appointment online, showed up for the appointment to find a note on the door that they had closed early. My appointment was scheduled at noon on a day they were supposed to be open until 9pm. I will never use or recommend this business.

I canceled my membership because it was becoming increasinglydifficult to schedule an appointment with my preferred therapist and I lost my job due to COVID. This therapist was absolutely incredible, but the other ones I had to use were just ok.
