I called in one day for the first time and was so excited to schedule and enjoy a “couples” massage. The employee on the phone was very nice and walked me through the prompts.She asked me for my girlfriends phone number to put on file for her massage and told her it was a surprise so she wouldn’t notify her. Fast forward a few days into the future and something came up where we would need to reschedule. I got a confirmation text that same day and it asked me to confirm or cancel the appointment. I canceled with the intention to reschedule the following week. Come to find out that they only canceled my appointment and not my girlfriends. But I canceled the couple massage…if I was the main person who made the appointment, why should she also cancel if I canceled the couples massage?? Long story short the communication was terrible, seems like this is common sense, they can charge me a cancellation fee fine..but for our first experience with this company being a negative one, we have no desire to go back. Felt like a con.

Critical: CommunicationI was thrilled to find a place close to home! I had 6 massages to date and left each time super happy! I suffer from severe pain, due to underlying conditions, and this helped elevate a good portion of it! My last visit was met with a rude front desk associate (who spent more time chewing her food than answering my questions) and a change in future appointments! None of which I had asked for! Communication is essential In life! Sadly, this lady was horrid and that hurts the soul! Nobody should leave feeling like I did! Thankfully, I made a few calls and found a much better place to go in the future! I was very heartbroken to lose the therapist I was working with! Good luck to anyone that goes to this place!
