This studio offers a variety of therapists with varying styles and a very knowledgeable and helpful front service to help you find one that will best suit your needs. We got a membership for our daughter, but had to cancel when her schedule became too busy. I did this in person, with ease and without pressure, which I greatly appreciated. I’m confident she will go back in the future, as her experiences have always been positive. My recent experience was with Jamie, who did an ANAZING job! I was desperately in need of a deep tissue massage, and she put everything she had into helping my muscles let go and relax. She literally took my breath away with the pressure, which I wanted and my poor body needed! If you are looking for someone who can give you a deep tissue and not hold back, Jamie is it!

I just had my first massage at Elements Massage today. It was outstanding! The front desk staff are very welcoming, offering you some refreshments when you check in. The massage itself was amazing. The therapist talked with me about any areas I would like extra attention given to and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. All clients receive a bottle of water at the end of the session. They have a great introductory fee and the wellness program offers significantly discounted prices that are hard to beat. Overall, I would absolutely recommend a massage at Elements Massage in Whitefish Bay!

I loved my visit and plan to come back. What I loved most was their customer service. The customer service bar is failing in some businesses, and it is challenging to get service with a smile. When I walked in Madeline immediately greeted me, and explained what will take place. Ty completed my massage and she was awesome. She had a sense of humor, she showed compassion for what she did, and made me feel relaxed. I will be back to visit.

Update: I came in for a redo massage and it was nice. The font desk didn’t know it was a redo massage and they tried to charge my card and had to awkwardly remind them. Despite the decent second massage for the price I probably wont come back.

I have visited other massage places, where I have been uncomfortable, however, at Elements I felt at home.
