They steal your money! They were so nice and understood our circumstances when we had to cancel our membership. To my surprise, they charged me more than they were approved for. When I gave them a tip, they took more than they were supposed to take. They also charged us for another session 30 days later, which we were told was going to be cancelled. I called and complained and the woman was so rude and unprofessional on the phone. They will steal your money without your consent.

OMG. First off I was able to get a last minute appointment which I have never come ever, ever been able to do in Whitefish Bay. My therapist knew I had tweaked my neck earlier in the day and then she quickly discovered that I also have a back full of knots because I need to go to the chiropractor desperately and get my hips properly aligned, improve my posture, and take care of my back better. That’s what happens when you’re 6’5 and the world is built for you to slouch which I despise. Anyway this was by far and away the best massage I’ve ever gotten from any elements in any City in any state it was a Saturday evening at approximately 5:00 p.m.. I originally asked for an extra 30 minutes to an hour massage however I was told by the front desk that the therapist was unavailable as I was her last client of the day however after seeing and feeling how bad my back was she stay at the extra 30 minutes and completed a fantastic massage. I’m really trying to get better at breathing through the pain of working some of these nuts out because in really tight areas it’s just absolutely kills but I know that’s the only really effective way to get the knots out of my muscles and muscle fibers. I don’t know if anyone has any ideas or would like to share some information please feel free to do so I will take it and consider anything…

One of the worst massages of my life. The therapist sat in the rolling chair the entire time, used one hand half the time, and barely gave any pressure. I asked for more halfway through and the pressure didn’t change, it was the lightest rub. She also didn’t focus on the areas/injuries we talked about. The person at the front desk gave me a discount after I said it was awful, but still, $90 for a 50 minute mediocre light rub is insane, and I’m coming from east coat prices.

I didn’t think I was a massage person, but my friend recommended Ranesha so I decided to book an hour session. I debated writing this review because I don’t want her to get booked up because Ranesha is literally amazing. I felt comfortable from start to finish, was asked often how I was doing and even how she tucked in the sheets when moving them around was amazing. It reminded me of how my Gramma used to do it.
