My husband and I had our massages here about 2months ago. The ambience of the place is good. The receptionist and massage therapists were friendly, made sure to ask us about any injuries and areas of focus. We both loved our massages. It was a very relaxing experience. Definitely going back here.

Rude staff. Unwilling to forgive fee for a same-day cancellation due to a last minute work conflict. It’s an unreasonable policy that they hide behind. $40 for an unavoidable cancellation. They clearly don’t live in the real world where life happens. Will never spend another dime there and make sure family and friends don’t either. The massages they give are not worth the hassle and absurdity of their policies, mediocre at best.

Updated review: I’ve been a member for over a year and have been seeing Victoria, who is amazing. When I called to let them know that I have a medical condition and need to put my account on hold for a couple of months, they still insisted on charging me for the month. I understand most memberships need 30 days notice, but no one knows when they’re going to have a medical condition. I could not believe they weren’t willing to accommodate. I cancelled my membership. There are so many other places to take my business, there’s no reason to do business with a company that doesn’t care about it’s customers.
