I had an appointment with Ikesha and it was the best one I’ve ever had!! I’ve always been happy and way more relaxed leaving a massage, but this one takes the cake for sure. She made sure to get through all my tension spots gently enough that I wasn’t uncomfortable, but thoroughly enough that they’re actually gone! Her advice for what I can do to help ease at home was great, and she even had me stretch part way through to make sure that nothing was hiding away. I’d come back once a day if I could! 11/10

They must be really good because it’s pretty hard to get an appointment. When I finally got an appointment, it was was cancelled twice because of medical issues with the therapist (which I totally understand). They tried to reschedule and make it right, but I don’t want to take the chance of another cancellation.

I have been getting monthly massages for almost two years now and it has really made a difference in my overall health and well-being. The atmosphere is clean and very calming. The staff is professional and welcoming. Stephanie is my primary massage therapist. She starts each session by asking about my areas of concern. She then targets these areas and provides a deep tissue massage. She will suggest exercises to improve my flexibility and strength. I would recommend Elements Massage!!
