Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI love Elements! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to help you get scheduled. I especially like that they are able to communicate with me by text when needed (as opposed to phone call). I have been seeing Bedina since 2018 and I never go anywhere else (unless I am traveling, and even then it is never the same!) Massage is an essential part of overall health and wellbeing and I encourage everyone to try Elements to see what benefits your body and mind can reap!I love Elements! I love Elements! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to help you get scheduled. I especially like that they are able to communicate with me by text when needed (as opposed to phone call). With in 10 min the receptionist called me back and said there was a cancellation and could get me in tonight at 6:30 for an hour massage. I was seen by Marty. He did a phenomenal job. He did light to medium pressure. I highly recommend Marty and Elements Massage. Thank you soo much. I will be back.This was my first visit. Highly impressed. This was my first visit. Highly impressed. I called at 4:30 and they said they were booked tonight. With in 10 min the receptionist called me back and said there was a cancellation and could get me in tonight at 6:30 for an hour massage. I was seen by Marty. He did a phenomenal job. The people at the front desk always greet me genuinely, answer all of my random questions, and make sure I know what’s going on. The customer service is out of this world. The massages are perfect and I love how they try to match you with a massage therapist that gives pressure that aligns with your expectations! I love this place!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI had the most amazing experience! Gretchen is undoubtedly the best of the best. She has the most profound ability of being intuitive to her clients’ body and knowing exactly what kind of pressure, placement, and style of massage their body needs. She’s very thorough, extremely pleasant, and over all it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who suffers from arthritis, autoimmune diseases, plantar fasciitis, or just general aches and pains. For the last 6-8 mo I’ve been progressively suffering from plantar fasciitis and in one 60 min session, she was able to “work it out” and for the first time since my PF began, I had 100% relief. Seriously, 100% relief and she also showed me how to do different stretches to maintain that relief. This might be overkill but im being serious. My first massage was so unbelievably amazing, i booked a second 60 min massage for the very next day. She is literally a miracle worker. Thank you Gretchen and the staff at Elements Massage! I’ll definitely be back soon and tell anyone and everyone I can to check y’all out and to see for themselves just how phenomenal y’all are. I had the most amazing experience! Gretchen is undoubtedly the best of the best. She has the most profound ability of being intuitive to her clients’ body and knowing exactly what kind of pressure, placement, and style of massage their body needs.
