Services there have been great! Love getting my massages. I am in the membership and unfortunately due to my schedule I am usually unable to use all of them and end up having a bunch at the end of the year. I wasn’t aware of a policy change that does not allow them to be transferred to gift cards as they had been since I signed up. They always said we can share with someone else and it was great to be able to gift massages that I had paid for to others that I had raved about massages to so they can experience it as well. I would get maybe one or two a year as a gift to someone. Unfortunately, you can still let someone else use them but they won’t offer gift cards so they have to call and basically say that they are using one of your unused massages. I can’t possibly give that as a gift. I hope they realize that they may be losing future potential clients with this policy change. Just wanted to let others know of this change in case you were hoping to use some that way. I think with this change I may have to pause my membership to catch up to how many I have left.

Loved my massage with Thomas! He was very professional and is so knowledgeable of what he’s doing and full of tips if you tell him your problem areas. Not to mention, he had me cracking up the whole time I realize this isn’t for everyone, but I think he gauged my personality and could tell I was goofy too.
