James is amazing. He is the sole reason I return and previously recommended the store. Sadly, I will never return because the front desk staff is rude and disrespectful. I made an appointment in person after a massage with James for the following week. When I returned for the appointment, the same person said he never made an appointment, aggressively argued with me in a room full of other customers, and refused to honor the Groupon that he himself told me I could purchase the prior time I was there. I came here to relax over a very short holiday break and received quite the opposite treatment. I am shocked and disappointed that the front desk staff would speak to return customers this way – particularly a man to a woman. It’s completely unacceptable.

Friendly staff and good massage. Wife and I did a Groupon Hour special and enjoyed it. Only draw back was the appointment before us ran late and ours was cut short by 15 minutes. Manager gave us a coupon for an upgrade for our next massage but would have been nice to receive what we paid for this visit. Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5.

Updating previous review. The massages are (or were) Great! The problem that we have with this place is their customer service and billing practices. Some of the people at the front end are inept. And the ones that do seem to know what they’re doing refuse to be helpful if it involves their billing practices. For instance, you cannot cancel over the phone. You actually have to go in and sign a cancellation form! The funny part about it for us was that I was the one that set up the account in the first place and it’s billed under my own credit card, though we set it up in my wife’s name. Now I guess I get why they might need to hear from her, but I do not understand the need for a signature in person. And they did specifically state we had to go in person to cancel. A signature I sort of understand, but the in-person thing is ridiculous, especially in South Florida where more than 50% of the population are snowbirds. Also, if they hit your account for an auto draft and you thereafter cancel before actually using the massage that charge represents, they will not refund it. Also, by federal law, there are protections in place that allow us to stop auto drafts on an account at request, even if you have previously authorized auto draft. Apparently these people aren’t aware of the law, or they’re just greedy. Either way, it seems they can’t keep the good masseuses anyway, as they keep leaving and going elsewhere. So, if you ever do go to this place, if you ever end up unhappy with the service, don’t expect them to make it right, unless that means simply giving you another massage that you already paid for.
