Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy daughter gave me a mother’s day gift card for a massage here. That would’ve been my first time at this place. I normally go somewhere else and since this is close to our house she wanted me to try it. They didn’t have a problem collecting her money but as soon as we called for an appointment and they knew we have a gift card they said they didn’t have any opening until 8 days later, we said ok we will schedule, then they asked for my credit card which I simply told them I am not comfortable giving it out since I have a gift card. They said they will not hold the appointment until I they put my card on file. I even asked if I can give them the gift card to keep until the appointment. They will not schedule without a card. She asked her supervisor who told her no also. I asked to then return the gift card so I can take my business somewhere else and they refuse to do that as well. They were unprofessional, money hunger and not good at all. They had no manors or respect to their customers. My daughter gave me a mother’s day gift card for a massage here. That would’ve been my first time at this place. I normally go somewhere else and since this is close to our house she wanted me to try it. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy massage was very good. Autumn has soft but professional hands. And she was able to hone in on the areas that I needed more service. She has a beautiful spirit did a great job and my hat is off to Elements for hiring professional and capable staff. Love you all 🙂 God bless!

As a Veteran with multiple injuries including both knee replacements and nerve damage in both arms Claudia always asks first what specifically needs attention and does it require her deep tissue specialty. During the session she is always checking to ensure I am doing my breathing technique and asking kik if a different pressure us needed. Claudia is a true professional who loves to know how her customers(clients) are improving but also how her massage techniques are contributing to their overall health. As a Veteran with multiple injuries including both knee replacements and nerve damage in both arms Claudia always asks first what specifically needs attention and does it require her deep tissue specialty.
