We called because by mistake we had gone to the Mechanicsburg one and they said no problem, it happens all the time. We raced there and it isn’t far. We were 8 minutes late and they call us again as we were driving through their parking lot. This time she said we could only get a 30 minute massage or we would have to reschedule because we were late. 8 minutes mind you. We said that would be okay. Then she tells us but you’ll have to pay for the whole hour because our therapists have to get paid… Look if they gave us a massage and stopped at the scheduled time, they would have gotten a good tip. It was our fault we were late. Or if they only gave us a 30 minute massage same story. Instead they got nothing and my wife and I will never call them again.

Totally had to write a public review after my experience today. The last time I visited, I didn’t leave feeling as relaxed as I had wanted. After filling out the survey for my massage via email, someone from this location personally called me to speak about my experience. I returned today and it was lovely. The front desk staff was so kind and upbeat, and Rachel provided me an amazing massage. The salt stones are incredible – highly recommend that addition when you come. I will definitely be back!
