My wife and I have been clients of Elements Massage for over 5+ years. We have appreciated the local convenience and financial benefits of their subscription program for monthly massages. Their NP facility is clean, sanitized and warm, along with the staff always being very welcoming. We have enjoyed receiving massages from various Masseurs and Masseuses who have worked in their New Providence, NJ location, with each one having their specific strengths and knowledgeable unique approach to massage. On their website they do categorize which staff provides what type of desired massage, to better help one deciding whom to choose. They have helped me in my preference for deep-tissue massages to help address muscle aches from over exertion during working out or long auto driving trips. My wife appreciates their ability to work out neck and shoulder kinks resulting from built up tension. Their prices are typical for this type of service with the subscription program being the most cost effective for those who want monthly massages. All in all, we can highly recommend Elements Massage in New Providence, NJ.

UPDATE: the manager/owner of the spa personally called me and offered to talk about it. She also authorized a refund for the amount charged to me after the service. I appreciate and truly recognize the willingness of establishment to make things right by refunding the amount. I will say that I wasn’t looking for that at all, just wish they can be more transparent on what their policy and pricing is especially when they run promos. I would have been happy to pay the amount since I loved the service! I was given conflicting information and that can be frustrating. Thank you again for the gesture to make amends….that is how customer service should be….

I’ve been going to this place for five years, and it’s always a great experience. I’d love to gatekeep my favorite massage therapist’s name, because I don’t want to not be able to get appointments with her, but Arielle is great! She gives just enough pressure to work out all my knots, while still making it a relaxing and pain-free massage— and she’s both sweet and professional.

My massage was just okay. If I had to choose a one word to sum up the massage, it would be clunky. After my massage I chose to pay with cash. They are cashless, due to the last year’s pandemic. They probably should have mention that prior to the start of my massage. Last I checked cash was still a form of payment. I am disappointed with my experience.

I have been to this location several times and have never been disappointed! The studio is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff is welcoming and very helpful. I have been to a few different therapists – they are all attentive to any problems areas and make sure to ask if there’s any area in particular that I want them to focus on. I went to this location the day before my wedding witha few of my bridesmaids…exactly the relaxing experience I was searching for! Overall, a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend Elements Massage New Providence for anyone seeking a professional and relaxing massage experience!

I have been making appointments with Nixon almost from the time I joined the monthly wellness plan in 2017.
