I joined a year ago and have had 5 different people massage me. When I inquired why I have someone new I was told their under new management. So turnover at this place is high. My last Therapist was amazing. However I need to cancel my membership due to heavy work travel. I was told In order to cancel my membership I would be charged for another session which is crazy. Plus they tell you how much you should tip your therapist. The location I joined and now have canceled is in Nutley NJ.

My first experience with Element was awesome. Professional staff and therapist. Clean bathrooms and waiting area. Nice aroma and smell. Anthony my therapist was very professional and attentive. He kept asking me if the pressure was right and how things were going. He answered my questions and made me fell comfortable. I eventually signed up for membership and selected him as my therapist. Really enjoyed my experience. Parking was a little bit of a pain, but that was the only thing that tainted the experience.

Ask for Anthony. You will not be disappointed. I typically go whenever I have soreness, tightness, etc and request to have him zone in on that body part. Every time, he fixes the issue. I just signed up for monthly this evening, after 3 sessions with him.
