Meg was intuitive and incredibly effective. She improved my mobility and pain in just one session, and I will be returning in a few weeks. No one usually gets into my muscles around my shoulder blades, but she was able to relieve so much tension. She also gave some helpful exercises to do in the meantime to work on my posture and reduce pain. The front desk staff was so helpful and informative; they were welcoming and friendly as well.

I booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day, and my massage therapist, Asa, was amazing! She was the reason I signed up as a monthly member. She makes me feel so comfortable, and always listens to what my body NEEDS. Her techniques are amazing. I leave our sessions feeling relax, lighter, and happy.
