While she felt the massage was acceptable, she was not impressed with the front desk and the management. When I arrived someone walked out the forms I needed to fill out to my car and told me to come to the door after I finished filling them out. I was there for a prenatal massage with Joanne and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my massage. When I arrived someone walked out the forms I needed to fill out to my car and told me to come to the door after I finished filling them out. I was there for a prenatal massage with Joanne and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my massage. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to relax!

I have been a member here for many years. This past 2 years I went to the customer appreciation night that they have. They have a great spread of delicious food, soft drinks and wine. I sat down and talked with the owner Michael both years. Him and his wife do a great job running this place. All the girls at the desk are great when booking appointments. My favorite massage therapist is Vanessa I missed her when she was out on maternity leave but the girls new which therapist to match me up with when she was out! Great job by all!!!

To he honest, I was a little nervous going into my appointment, but I could not be happier with my experience. Not only was the massage excellent as per usual (and so much needed), but the level of precautions undertaken was outstanding. Vanessa is amazing… after a major accident and 2 surgeries on my arm, my back and shoulders were a total mess. After one visit my range of motion was noticeably better and by the 3rd visit I was feeling myself again. I have seen several other therapists in the past, and all were good. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and well trained, and for the price, Elements is a great deal.
