All of the therapists are concerned If you have an area that is bothering you, and the front desk staff is very professional and courteous, they always run on time. They always offer water. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The temperature of the room is perfect. In the massage Bed is always heated .

Been about 5 times now, always a great relief. Also hugely helpful for my fibromyalgia – pairing deep tissue massage with the cbd massage oil seems to provide the longest lasting relief of muscle knots personally. All of their staff are thoughtful and skilled; just let them know your body’s needs (both before and during, when they inevitably find your secret muscle/tendon lock-spots!) and they will make sure to masterfully work them out until your muscles finally release that tension.

It is very, very odd that the manager or owner of this place NEVER responds to the reviews on here. Never. Whether good or bad, management never responds to the reviews. I find that to be incredibly unusual and rather callous. It is obvious that they really do not care about what others are saying. Every owner of a reputable business, in general, always responds to reviews whether they be good or bad. Educated consumers always check out a business’ reviews on the web prior to utilizing their services. It is just good practice to check out what others are saying about a business that you are interested in visiting. Whether it is a doctors’ office, dentist, restaurant, mechanic, airline, hair salon or law firm, it is always good to check out what others are saying about a particular business. Due diligence is the key to having a positive experience. Dan Caeran, who commented here on Elements, mentioned that the woman, Danielle left the room, came back 3 minutes later and asked him to leave. He said that they even kept his money and refused to issue a refund. He was given no reason as to why he was asked to leave. That is positively outrageous and he should have taken legal action, in my opinion. How could this have possibly happened? If he did something inappropriate, then, Elements should have IMMEDIATELY called Mansfield Police and had him arrested for whatever “offense” Danielle thought he may have committed and issued a trespass warrant to never return to the facility. After reading Dan’s comment, I am tending to believe that something does not “add up” here. I have been to Elements a few times. I saw Barbara, Caitlyn, Danielle and another therapist who’s name I cannot remember at this time. All of my interactions with this facility have ALWAYS been 100% positive and I have always had a pleasant massage experience. Barbara, who I believe is also the manager, is especially good at giving massages. Barbara and Caitlyn were attentive, considerate and had a gentle, yet firm touch. Danielle is a very young, nervous woman and is relatively inexperienced. Perhaps she was “spooked” by something Dan said or did during the first few minutes of the massage, though it was obviously not “criminal”, otherwise Elements would have called the Mansfield Police Department and issued a complaint to have him arrested and charged with whatever “crime” he may have committed. Either way, Elements should have refunded his money and someone should have called him to provide an explanation as to why he was asked to leave. One more thing: They say Karma always evens thing out. Well, a few years ago a woman crashed her car through the front of Elements Massage and destroyed the front of the building. Fortunately, no one was injured. However, the place was shut down for several days while they repaired the damage. Dan, if you read this post, the video of this incident is on the web. You should check it out. Now, I am going to guess that maybe, just maybe, an Elements’ employee will read this and respond to my review. However, I seriously doubt it. They simply don’t care.

Made reservations for a couples massage one month in advance. Got a call the morning of and was asked to change the time. Then got another call only a few hours before the appointment saying they were all booked for the couples room. Very disappointing way to spend my first Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend. After calling around we were able to go to Lina Spa in north Attleboro. Much better prices and they actually held our reservation.
