Critical: ProfessionalismThe space is nice and clean but from the second you walk up to the desk you can tell it’s corporate. A suggested tip guide sits on the counter and they try to upsell you on “condiments” for your massage. As you sit and wait you hear the staff talking about their lives. Not quite the quiet, relaxing experience you are looking for.The massage itself was good but not at all worth the money. It’s not 1 hour. The hour includes a chat with your therapist and then getting undressed. When time is up, it’s up! Didn’t matter that both sides ( left and right, not front and back) were attended to equally and balanced. It was time to go! A yoga teacher once told me it’s just as important how you exit a pose as you enter it. This ending was abrupt! Next!!!I am always happy to try a new place, never know when you’ll find a hidden gem, this wasn’t one of those times. And when your therapist tells you he/she has clients outside of this place…. What are you supposed to think?You sign a form saying you wont solicit during your massage but, do they? And as you leave and the receptionist asks you how your massage was and you hesitantly say it was good, they cheerfully respond “ Great ! Would you like to reschedule with xxxx?” Instead of asking you why it was just good.
