My husband and I came in for massages for our 10th anniversary! The manager was amazing!!! She worked right with us to make our time special <3 she went above and beyond. She also explained everything since it was our first time there. We felt very comfortable there! The therapists were absolutely amazing. We both came out so relaxed. We'll definitely be going back!

Great massage today by Marcus. Everything was perfect. My only issue is with your booking system. I had called earlier in the week to get on a wait list. I was then sent an email stating I had a 6pm appt that evening which was awesome! the only issue is, I did NOT have an appt. at 6 pm – this apparently was just a placeholder ‘in case’ an appt. became available. This was super disappointing bc I drove over there only to find this out. I would suggest you fix this glitch – otherwise everything is great!

Elements in Newburyport is always super clean and everyone is very nice. I’ve had a few massages with a couple of therapists and honestly you can’t go wrong with anybody. I always feel so incredibly relaxed once I leave.
