ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY ELEMENTS! I have had a membership for about 10 years. I don’t have anything bad to say about the therapists, but I have noticed that they cannot keep good therapist there. I could not go for an extended period of time because of the pandemic and having premature twins right when the pandemic started. I froze my account a few times to try to prevent too many massages from accumulating and eventually they told me I had to cancel as they would not allow me to freeze my account anymore. I was told I would have to use my massages THAT I PAID FOR in a certain amount of time before THEY EXPIRE (I PAID FOR THEM!). By the time I felt comfortable going to get a massage and establishing a nanny during the week, they had told me my massages had all expired. I tried reaching out to management and did not do anything to help or accommodate this given the extenuating circumstances.

I am a member at Elements and haven’t gone in a while; I usually go to Middleton. I had time built up…I decided to try out Beverly’s office for an hour and a half. I had a great massage by Lari! Unfortunately, when the massage was completed and I was tipping at the end, the front desk informed me I would have to pay $30 for the “extra” half and hour since I’m not at my “home office” in Middleton. When I booked this appointment, I specifically asked, “How does it work if I go to another office?” The person who booked my appointment said, “You can go anywhere in the country; LA, anywhere.” The manager was at the front desk today and explained they can only book 1 hour appointments for my membership at an “out of you’re home office appointment” and I had to pay for the extra half and hour (They stated there is no way around this due to HIPAA even though it’s my information they are “protecting”???? I work in the medical field and deal with HIPAA everyday, and as long as the patient consents, you can look into their records and there should be no issue). If this would have been explained to me, I would not have booked there, or I would have done an hour because I still am paying monthly and I had to pay the extra $30 fee on top of my tip today. Staff is very nice, but they should work on explaining things when booking (seems shady it wasn’t explained and billed until after the massage was complete and I had to pay $30+tip when I’m already a member). Sad I had to give a 1 star today when the massage was so good! Hopefully this will not happen to others from now on!

Although I have a favorite therapist, I have used two other therapists when she was unavailable and they are also excellent. Everyone pays attention to my trouble spots and the amount of pressure I prefer. Additionally, the receptionists are kind and welcoming and the check in process is easy.
