Positive: Professionalism, QualityTina is the best! She is professional, offers a great massage and provides a great experience overall. Once you find a therapist you like it’s smooth sailing.I did get booked twice with a therapist that wasn’t the right level and it wasn’t handled very well initially by the therapist who has been named on this sight before. I don’t blame her for the incorrect booking and in the end she gave a great massage but the front office staff need to be more mindful of the level of therapist you use and book you with similar levels when your preferred therapist isn’t available.Overall I would recommend Elements and their membership program.Tina is the best! Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHi, please spare yourself the experience of this awful place. They cancel on you with no notice or repercussions and charge, charge, charge you! You can really do a lot better, just keep shopping. The flooring and other internal areas are stained and dirty. The staff is pretty unprofessional. Beware of CANDY the manager, and read everything 3 times. The staff loves to glaze over the documents you’ll be signing, and you will be the one blamed. No, they are not reasonable and will make no exceptions for you. I am canceling my membership for the lack of customer service, inequitable polices, dirty / cleanliness issues, lack of professionalism, and unauthorized charges to my credit card. I called Elements Swampscott on Dec 24, thinking that they would not have any appointments because it was the day before Christmas. I was wrong! Everyone that I spoke with from the initial call, to the receptionists and of course, the massage therapist, were outstanding. They scheduled me at my convenience which was amazing. The massage was more than wonderful. The work he did freed the tension and I was able to go about my life in a much better situation. Everyone was great there and I intend to return. I was in unexpected pain due to stress. I called Elements Swampscott on Dec 24, thinking that they would not have any appointments because it was the day before Christmas. I was wrong! Everyone that I spoke with from the initial call, to the receptionists and of course, the massage therapist, were outstanding. They scheduled me at my convenience which was amazing. The massage was more than wonderful. The work he did freed the tension and I was able to go about my life in a much better situation. Everyone was great there and I intend to return.
