Critical: QualityThe massage overall is not bad. My issue is I lost some money from my purse which is never happened. Unfortunately, I don’t think they have camera in the room so I can’t prove anything but I know it for facts. I counts before I went to appointment and it was gone after the appointment. Very sad! Walked in to buy two gift certificates. The front desk receptionist was not wearing a mask when I walked in and asked me to put one on. I refused as I was not getting massage just simply purchasing gift certificates. Will never use this chain again. If I could give zero stars I would!

I walked in and the person who made the appointment made it for the wrong day. I forgot the woman’s name who gave me my massage but it was an older African American woman with glasses. She was amazing. She gave suggestions on the work I needed done and made me feel very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the price. There are so many massages on Groupon and so many other places that are cheaper. Bring down your prices.

My therapist Stephanie! She is so knowledgeable and skilled. I totally trust her- which is so important when you need to relax and not tense up during the deep tissue massage. She has enabled me to work more hours as a Dental Hygienist. My job is hard on my back and I have gained so much more flexibility. The therapist was extremely rough and didn’t lighten up even when I asked a few times. I have bruises all over my body. I feel unfortunate to have one of the only bad reviews on here, but it just didn’t match my expectations. The therapist was extremely rough and didn’t lighten up even when I asked a few times. I have bruises all over my body. I have been a member of the Tewsbury Elements for over 6 years. I have enjoyed massages from many of the therapists (but I try to book with JR as she is my favorite). I have always enjoyed the quality of my massages, and appreciate the fact that there is communication with the therapist throughout the experience.
