Poor experience here. Sonia was my massage therapist. I start explaining to Sonia about my back pain, when it started etc. She doesn’t say a word to me, just directs me to remove my clothing and lay face down. When Sonia returns to the room I let her know I removed the pillow cover ( it wasn’t a face pillow cover for a massage table but a bed pillow cover) So it felt like breathing into a bag! her response was “that’s what we use!” “that’s what we use!” but then left to get the appropriate pillow cover for the table. Not a great way to start relaxing as my body/back was already tense. Supposedly she’s in elite massage therapist but it was a very subpar massage . Walked away from this experience stressed and more tense . Will never recommend or return. FYI you should inform customers that you charge more for the “elite therapist” I was surprised looking at the receipt when I got home. I waited a few days to write this review so I could think about it as I didn’t say anything while at this establishment but it’s important for other consumers looking for a quality experience to know what they are in for here.

I have been a member for years- I have had so much trouble booking appointments and when I do I have them cancel on me 2x. I tried to cancel my subscription but I would lose 6 months + of massages. I finally went got in and was charged an extra 15.00 for “an elite” therapist.. I was not informed of this.

Called to book a massage at the Acton location after learning that the Westford location closed without notice. My husband spent $100 on a gift certificate on a massage for me. The Acton location told me they would not honor the gift certificate and there was “nothing they could do.” This is a scam and absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. How can they have multiple locations, close the Westford location, take my money and then refuse to honor the gift certificate? How many others did they happily swindle out of money? AVOID THIS PLACE!

My husband and I have been members since 2018. We have recently been having a hard time getting appointments as the schedules for the therapists are book out for over a month at a time, in fact I even had a therapist cancel after waiting a month for my appointment. We noticed that our paid sessions were adding up (we have 12 visits to use between us) so we called to put our membership on hold just until we can use the sessions we already have. They told us we can only cancel our membership and if we don’t use the 12 sessions by the end of the year we will loose our money. I explained that we have been loyal customers for 4 years and that we are having difficultly getting appointments and they did not care. Made my blood boil so bad that I needed to share my experience so it does not happen to someone else. That is bad business.

***BUYER BEWARE*** Do not buy gift cards from any Elements Massage since each location operates separately and they do not take gift cards from other locations. We bought a gift card for a location which ended up closing within a few months of us buying the gift card and now no other location will accept it. Complete waste of money!
