I came in to get a massage and some treatment for the skin, and the girl on the desk was very rude and lit she said they only have bookings until July-August, which is 2 months far from now. Prolly that may work for some pple, but for me is very useless they don’t take walk-in or also have appointments sooner; I mean, I’m a client who like get a massage and care skin products once a week, so definitely not a place where I can become a regular customer.

The massage therapist was excellent. My initial appointment was booked out a bit, not uncommon in my experience right now. I called mid week to see if there was any cancellations and was able to get in within a few days because of it. Would highly recommend. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

We got buy one get one gift cards as a promotion since they were being advertised around Xmas. They refused to book a couples massage until may the following year… now that it’s may, 3 days before the appointment, they called and confirmed we are good to go.

When booking appt ask them for specific therapists that can do what you want. Not all therapists are the same. If you want deep tissue or trigger point, ask for someone that specializes in that. I find that being specific will give you better results so that you don’t just get a relaxing all over massage.

Great place to go. The only thing is that they cut your time. So if you order a 90 minute massage you’re technically only getting 80 minute massage. But they charge you over $100 if your a member. If you get an hour massage then you’re basically getting a 50 minute massage instead of 60 minutes. It’s not the therapist fault it’s managements. They are short of staff so if anyone is looking to work as a massage therapist you should check them out. Very clean and sheets are changed in between. The therapists are excellent. A lot of them end up leaving too though and opening up their own place. After they get the experience that they need.

This used to be a wonderful place to get a great massage with professional therapists. However, in recent months, I have had two significantly HORRENDOUS interactions with this establishment. I use massage as part of therapy to manage pain, not just for relaxation (although that is still an important part of it). In the first encounter, the very kind therapist demonstrated a lack of anatomy knowledge and tried to massage bone (I asked him to stop). The most recent encounter was only 3 minutes long because the therapist was so rude that I felt uncomfortable getting on the table (eye rolling and snapping back at me). Time to find another place in town!

I was pleasantly surprised with the service! I used to work for a high-end facility that catered towards VIPs. Having experienced massages through my employment there, I thought I would not find any good massage therapists around here but I stand corrected. It was clear that my therapist had specialized training using various techniques.
