It was my first experience coming there and it was just so amazing. The staff was so nice. It looked pretty clean to me and the vibe was very relaxed and chill. They kind of explain how to use everything and then leave you to it and don’t bother you at all. I’m definitely going there again.

I went in to this beautiful and welcoming spa for facial waxing and let me tell you, what an incredible experience!! Firstly, this location is gorgeous and every member of the team that I met was warm, kind, and exceptionally welcoming. Now when I say I walked in with what can only be described as a full beard, I mean it. Normally that is not something I publicly admit but here’s the thing, it is GONE. I have always had very dark, thick, and coarse facial hair with roots that go SUPER deep. That beard was no match for Katlin. She took such amazing care of me from the start to the finish. She not only did the waxing and then tweezers to make sure there were no stragglers, she also made sure my skin was clean, soothed, and comfortable after. On top of it all she educated me on everything that was happening along the way which, let’s be real, you don’t get most places these days. I left feeling so satisfied that the dreaded beard gone. It has been 6 days since my visit and not only does my skin feel happy and healthy, for the first time in YEARS I have not had to worry about quickly shaving my face, emergency car tweezers, or hiding my face in public. I left Katlin and Elements Hot Tub Spa feeling confident, educated, and empowered and I cannot wait to go back.

Cleo is amazing!! I have gotten many massages from different places and people but the way Cleo does massages is amazing. I have never felt the way she released so much in my shoulders. I could feel the “knots” (i use quotations because i am not sure on the term of what they were lol) actually come out!! The way I would describe it is magical!!! I will definitely be going back to her!!! 10 out 10 recommend!!!!

The tubs are fantastic. And I love how private the rooms are. Outdoor ones are where sound definitely travels, but that’s neither here nor there. Perfect for a snowy day during the winter. And well worth it after a stressful week/workday.

This place would be getting 5 stars if it weren’t for a few minor things. The location is clean, it’s beautiful and they are friendly. However, I went yesterday and specifically wanted an outdoor tub hoping it would snow. (I’ve always wanted an outdoor, hot tub in the snow experience) didn’t snow whomp whomp. My only complaint is the attendant didn’t show us how to use the hot tub, they had speakers in it, we couldn’t figure out how to use, the hot tub top wasn’t fully open and there is no way to call for help if needed. Other than that, I come here often and love love love it!!

It was a great experience. The sauna and jetted hot tub was relaxing and soothing. I liked that everything we needed was in one room. I appreciated the friendly staff upon entering the facility and I gave a 20% gratuity however, something was missing upon our exit. I did not hear a thank you or come again! Overall I would return for the facility was really nice and we were relaxed after out treatment.
