Honestly this is upsetting I booked a week an advance to get a consultation and then had an appointment for Friday and they called me to cancel saying there was a mix up. It is so unprofessional and I’m taking my business somewhere else! I needed that day before my vacation thank goodness my sister in-law knew someone to see me soon! Horrible service!

My highlights were cute and pretty! The woman who did my hair was so kind. Though, I’m not putting this a five star because of the receptionist. The girl with curly dirty blonde hair? I’m surprised she had the AUDACITY to laugh at me, and give me dirty looks.. while looking like THAT. Give those looks to the wrong person, and girl you’re gonna be lying on the floor, hair ripped out.. just saying! Anyways cool place, cool people. xoxo

The salon has modern decor, the coolest hanging ceiling lamps, and was very clean. I was seen quickly by Lourdes, who was preselected for me as it was my first time here. Four stars because although I had a great experience and liked my hair, I did not LOVE my hair at first. It wasn’t exactly what I had in mind, and I believe I should have let the stylist do what she thought looked better.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had my stylist contact me to reschedule my appointment and did so graciously. I arrived 10 minutes early and was ignored for half an hour before I walked out. I requested time off work to leave early and sped through traffic to get there. Honestly I just want to cry. They didn’t even try to understand………
