I am so upset for mom who was in there today for a haircut. She is a regular customer there. She had a picture in hand of how she wanted her hair cut. It was for fine hair and very doable by a hairstylist. Apparently one did cut her hair today. She is very upset. It looks terrible. They did not even put product in her hair or try to style it.

Friendly people, clean, great service: cuts, perms, color, nails etc. Spa treatments. Family friendly environment. Been a customer for years and recommend Elements to friends and family. Only issue it’s not handicap friendly, steep stairs and small bathroom. They follow COVID-19 guidelines.

Amanda dose a amazing massage. Witch makes it hard to not go back due to lack and communication of the staff. Unfortunately due to lack of answering the phone or having a online booking option. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure for 10 am on Thursday of last week. I got there about five minutes early, and there was a sign at the check in desk telling customers to seat themselves if they have an appointment. I thought that was kind of unwelcoming and strange especially for such a nice looking spa (on the inside). So I sat there, and it got to about 10 minutes after. I texted her and asked if I was supposed to text her when I got there because there was no way for me to check in. She didn’t respond, so I then flagged down a hair stylist to ask her if the nail person was here. I didn’t know at that point if she was with another customer, or if she had forgotten about the appointment altogether. I don’t mind at all if an appointment that came before me is running over. I’ll gladly wait. But with no receptionist or means of checking in, I didn’t know what was going on.
