Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went here not to long ago and I’m honestly so aggravated. I came is at 11:30 for my appointment, I came in hoping to get red but since my hair is almost a black color I figured I would have to lighten it before I did a dark red. So she told me she “didn’t have time to do the red” and she didn’t think putting the red over my dark hair would turn out the way i wanted, so I asked her maybe if she could lighten it or put some highlights in because I wanted to mix my hair up a little and maybe to help achieve the red later on. she told me “I don’t have time to do that today” to both of those ideas, so at this point I’m thinking to myself “why would you book me if you don’t have time to do anything”, but I tried to tell myself maybe she had another client coming. So i kinda got annoyed and told her to make my front pieces and my underneath match my hair because awhile back i dyed them blonde so the black placed on top of that turned brown and it was uneven. So she said she could do that. Then when everything was done she was blow drying my hair and I didn’t notice until i got outside that she made my hair darker in the front then in the back (I’m a ver anxiety driven person, so I wanna be a karen and cause a scene because i was so upset throughout the whole appointment) . I also booked for a “Wash, Cut and Style”. She didn’t ask if I wanted my hair straight or curled for style and I was so annoyed that I wasn’t gonna ask to have it curled because I figured she’d say she didn’t have time again. Oh btw the whole time I was there another client never came in so I’m really wondering why she didn’t have time when they closed at 6. Another 2 points the same lady sent my mom out with soaking wet hair when she paid for a “Wash, Cut and Style” which does means the blow dry is included & my sister went there to get her hair done and idk how long it usually takes to do light light light brown to blonde but she sat in the chair for 4 hours and wasn’t asked either if she wanted her hair straight or curled with her “Wash, Cut and STYLE” she paid for. They often have to bring color from the Newark store to the Middletown store for me, and they are so nice about it. Amazing customer service, really friendly, and professional… Just amazing!!
