Kim was able to clearly explain the benefits of the different IVs and we felt like we were in great hands, and the treatment was very fairly priced, (especially in comparison to other IV hydration spots near-by!)The spa is very clean and organized, lots of beautiful natural light and very relaxing! A picturesque view of Lake Geneva, her spa is right in the heart of downtown, easy to find and plenty of signs as well. After our session we felt so rejuvenated even with the summer heat, our energy stayed up the rest of the day, and we had tons of mental clarity, only a few of the benefits from our session. I would highly recommend especially in the summer, before travel, during a stressful work week, and then some! Kim is fantastic..I have had excellent results on facial hair removal..due to my PCOS I have hirsutism (abnormal facial hair)..I have been trying to figure out a solution for years and I have tried EVERYTHING as this can be very difficult to treat…best results and solution I have had in 10+ years of trying has come from working with Kim in only a few sessions…the space is beautiful calm and relaxing…Extra reassurance knowing I am under the care of a trained medical professional…HIGHLY recommend…LOVE going here. I had a very good experience with the Morpheus 8 treatment (advanced radio frequency micro-needling) I would highly recommend Kim and Pam for medical treatments!

Kim is a great addition to the downtown Lake Geneva area. The service provided was done with knowledge and care with quality equipment and products. Having a medical background in nursing I knew I was in good hands. The spacious office being newly remodeled is easthically pleasing on the eyes and the atmosphere will make you feel like your in the comfort of your home.

Critical: Quality, ValueDisappointed in the results of my service. I had Botox injected in my forehead and chin area (my concern was drooping corners if my mouth and Kim reccomended the Botox in my chin area) The Botox injected left me with one eyebrow higher then the other, and my smile crooked, unfortunately I still have a drooping corners if my mouth. I went back in good faith for what I was hoping was going to be repair of the issue and Kim was confident in repairing the eyebrow which she did and it resulted in a better then before result but still not even brows. She was not confident in repairing my crooked smile and spoke to me about the possibility of the Botox migrating outside of the muscle she injected it into because I may have laid down on it or put pressure on my face. However she never provided me with instructions before or after the injection not to lay down so hearing that post bad results was very frustrating. Her suggestion was to put preparation H on my face to hopefully dissolve the maybe migrated Botox. She took zero responsibility for the poor results and said it happens. She did not offer me a refund, or a future credit. Her service made me look like I had Bells Palsy (I was told this by a aqaintence who was concerned for my health not knowing that I had a bad Botox injection) and I paid over $900. Clearly bad results do happen but the injector should take responsibility and make amends to the client.
