Right now you can’t get an appointment at all if you want to book online. It has been that way for several months I know everyone is short staff, but you have extra folks that are willing to pitch in, so show their schedules in the online reservations so we can book online. It would make it a lot easier for everyone!

I’ve seen great results with my upper lip and chin and have been making steady progress toward my hair removal goals. Kati is amazing and I am having terrific results after years of plucking! I briefly tried electrolysis in the past but it was so painful I stopped. Thanks to Kati’s skill and the modern equipment I have very minimal discomfort.

They were very nice, did a good job of explaining the process and what to expect. Then proceeded to do a sample removal, so that you know what it feels like. Michelle was great! After working on an area for 15 to 20 mins. it gets a little uncomfortable but then they can go to work on another area away from the first and do another 15 to 20 mins. So buy the hour, if you don’t use it up, you can finish it at a later date.

Horrible waste of money at this place. I had treatmemts consistently and as recommended by them, almost 18 months worth. Spent close to $2000 on a small area and all hair grew back. Go someplace else.
