Charlotte was amazing! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it; it was like she understood my vision right from the get-go and I’m super happy with how healthy it looks and feels. She also talked me through some solutions in different price ranges for fixing my current hair color (I box dyed it at home, big mistake lol) at a future appointment, which I really appreciated as some stylists would just try to sell you on a more expensive process rather than give you options. Overall I’m super happy!

Charlotte is the best!! I can’t say enough great things about her. She’s immensely talented; I’ve never received so many compliments on my color in years, and I’ve gone to ‘top-notch’ salons while living in NYC, San Francisco, and Austin. She also is blessed with an incredible personality: she’s hilarious, intelligent, caring and thoughtful—everything you’d want and more in a stylist. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to spending 3 hours in a chair to get my hair done! That’s a major feat!

DO NOT GO HERE! Haley (my stylist) and the girl working the front of the salon made my experience absolutely awful. Haley was super rude and didn’t seem to excited to be there at all. I go to the dry bar in this area and absolutely love it. I walk by Element Salon a lot and thought I would give it a shot at dying my roots/ toning hair. As well as trimming my extensions and real hair the slightest bit. Well needless to say the experience was 100% unprofessional and embarrassing. I called the salon yesterday and the “director” answered the phone to give me a “quote”. She quoted me at $145 (and in that ballpark so she said). Once I get to the salon I am then told it is going to be $250?! That is NOT a in the same ballpark. That’s $100 different.. Then Haley told me that the director was gone for the day but that she would pull up her notes. She pulled up her notes and she has $175 written down…Absolutely unacceptable. All around horrible communication and customer service. They were tryin to see how much they could charge me until I noticed it was too much! Good thing I asked before she started working on my hair! Will never be back and will let all of my friends know not to go to this salon.
