She’s a very gentle and careful stylist, no hair pulling or pain at all. I love my foils and cut. The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and nice. They also sell cute purses and bracelets etc and it’s right next door to a nice sushi place. I saw Nicole at Element and got the best foils and hair cut. She listened to what I wanted and she delivered. She’s a very gentle and careful stylist, no hair pulling or pain at all. I love my foils and cut. The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and nice. They also sell cute purses and bracelets etc and it’s right next door to a nice sushi place. I have been going to this place for about a year, I have gotten high lights from here and they look good as well as the eyelash extensions. I tried to be a regular but I find it really hard to make appointments here, It’s hard for me to manage time between school and work but I have gotten cancelled on many times. I understand things happen but it makes me frustrated because by the time I can make another appointment my eyelashes will already be mostly out and now I have to find a new. place. Really gets my hopes up when they cancel last minute.I’m not one to complain or write reviews but i can’t maintain my eyelashes at this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismI got my hair done by the owner. She was very unprofessional. She was rough with my hair pulling at it and hurting me when there was a knot. She called herself “the worst hairdresser with the best results” I agree that she is a bad hairdresser. The whole time I felt like she was in a hurry and was just trying to get me done and out of the salon. The eyelash tech (I believe) was helping her at one point and the lady doing my hair started talking negatively about another hairstylist. Do not go to Kelly the owner. I got my hair done by the owner. She was very unprofessional. She was rough with my hair pulling at it and hurting me when there was a knot. She called herself “the worst hairdresser with the best results” I agree that she is a bad hairdresser. Not only is she amazing at extensions she also will educate you in all the types of lashes to get EXACLY the look you are going for.
