Susan is very meticulous with her work. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. The first time I went, Ana was my nail tech and she did an amazing job (although 2 nails fell off not even a week later) . I returned yesterday to get a FILL IN with someone different and this is how I left . I expressed how my nails were crooked, not shaped the same, cuticles are not clean, left glue and made the acrylic chunky… etc. She “fixed” it and this is what they look like . She forgot to add clear coat on one of my nails as well. Almost paid $100 for this. I am sooo disappointed in my 2nd experience . I paid close to what I did for a fresh set (no fill in) the first time. From the minute I sat down the work was being rushed. The quality of the work definitely dissipated the second time around.

Service was fantastic. They do many appointments but they took me in on walk in and I needed my nails done because of my graduation trip tomorrow and I’m graduating Highschool Sunday. Susan did my toes and my hands. She worked swiftly, the nails looked absolutely amazing, and my feet omgggg they feel great. Truly a rare gem compared to the other establishments I’ve been too. Her imagination for my nails was more than I could ask for! I also got a coconut pedicure from Paul and never in my life have I felt more relaxed and taken care of.
