I wanted to like this salon after getting a fill because they were kind and helpful and I enjoyed my appointment. However the next after my nail fill nails started to break off. After paying (in my mind highly overpriced) $69 for ONLY a fill its a bit discouraging to break nails after one day!! Since then I have continued to lose atleast one or more nails a day without even doing a thing just simple everyday tasks. I have emailed back and fourth, they answered twice and wanted me to come in to have nails “fixed” however that’s not plausible side I’d have to go in everyday! I tried to work out something fair (a discount for a new set that I offered to pay for just asked for some money off) to have a new set put on that would hopefully not fall off but they have not answered me back at all. Feeling very frustrated to have spent such a high price for a fill that didn’t last a day and time and money wasted when I will just have to turn around and have a new set put on after only a week!!

Overpaid for a birthday manicure here three years ago. When I called to make the appointment I asked if they could do a design on my ring finger, they confirmed they could. Came in and asked for two hearts interlocking. Manicurist said she had never done nail art before and didn’t know why they had allowed me to book that service and be charged for it. Performed service with wonky hearts after using gel polish and it still chipped before a week was through. Tried to give them a second chance this June for my wedding and not only did they take down my contact info wrong, would not return calls confirming appointment time and what I wanted done two weeks before the appointment was meant to take place, they scheduled me the wrong week, did not greet me for ten minutes when I arrived for what was supposed to be my appointment, and would not serve me two days before my wedding because they had sent their staff home two hours early to attend a concert on a Thursday afternoon. They never tried to rectify anything or act in any way remorseful for their bad management, never even issued an apology just doubled down on their rude behavior. Do not go here. You can get a better salon experience for a better price elsewhere!
