My friend planned a girls get away and chose ” Element Massage Studio” for everyone to indulge in a relaxing massage. Well, to start there was a major issue with their website. It took me about an hour to navigate through their website due to having to register and the site kept making me restart. It was very frustrating. Then, I was finally able to request a massage with Angel. I assumed that I was all set, but that was only a request with no confirmation. Lol I’m sorry, but I’m use to requesting a time and it happening if the time slots are available on the site. ♀️ Also I must mention that they do not answer their phone! ♀️ so not only is their website faulty, but they also do not answer their phone. My friends and I arrived to the spa and everyone was booked for a massage with the exception of me. I even showed staff my request, but it remained unfulfilled. They apologized, gave a personal number to reach them for next time, but there will be no next time. ♀️

Came here for a couples massage with my husband for Valentine’s Day. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten! Angel was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. My husband had Dale and also the cupping therapy- 5 stars! We will definitely be back. The location was perfect and the place was so clean, quiet, and had dim lighting. Highly recommend

My wife and I had a couples massage today with Dale and Eve, and it was wonderful. My massage with Eve was arguably the best massage I have ever had. My sore neck hasn’t felt this good in years. My wife said that Dale is an excellent and intuitive masseuse who can finds every spot that needs attention. We will be back in the summer! We highly recommend both Dale and Eve!!
