Jessica was my holy grail today!! I’ve been looking for an eyebrow tech who doesn’t wax off my brows in under 2 minutes. Jessica’s unit was clean and very professional, she took the time to map out my eyebrows (so important!) and asked me about my preferred shape. I love my eyebrows! You can tell she loves what she is doing and truly provides her services artfully and not just for business. She also provided a lash lift and I couldn’t possibly express how happy and satisfied I am with the results!! The service ( brow lamination and tint) provided by Jessica at Element was exceptional! I was nervous at first but Jessica made me feel at ease, she is very kind and personable. Jessica did an amazing job on my cousin and I’s lashes! Her office is super cute and cozy. The whole experience was very relaxing especially since it was our very first lash lift and tint. Jessica is very nice and accommodating as she was willing to squeeze me in as a last minute appointment so my cousin and I could come in together. Will definitely be returning in the future whenever my lashes need touching up because they’ve never looked better!
