Mitra is very talented and kind. She pays close attention to detail about the texture and quality of your hair as well as your face shape and makes great recommendations. I took a pic as a reference with me and she was able to give me a haircut that was even better than the pic! Her prices are very reasonable too. I would recommend her over and over again for hair cut and styling.

Mitra is kind and thoughtful. She pays close attention to details, and is an excellent stylist. I brought with me a Hollywood haircut picture, for fine, mid-length hair. Mitra adapted it to my features, and improved on it. She is a professional trained in London, UK. I also liked the personal, private atmosphere of her studio. It was a very comfortable experience for me, compared to a salon. And affordable as well!

FIRST OFF: I LOVE THIS PLACE! Mitra (owner/stylist) is one of the kindest, sweetest and most TALENTED stylists I’ve ever had. Before I even start on how amazing she is, the “1star scathing review” is so completely false of this woman and the writer was a disgruntled Groupon customer who was so abrasive and cruel and demanding/entitled and acted so rudely to this wonderful women and that review should be completely disregarded OK Rant over! I was in need of a basic trim and got probably one of the best hair cuts I have ever received. She was so attentive and respectful of my requests but also wasn’t shy to add her input before she even started cutting. I SO appreciated this! Not only was my cut amazing but I went back a week later for a root touch up and a full balayage. WOW again! At first I thought it was a bit brassy and I felt bad saying that since she had already spent 3 hours on my hair, but without missing a beat she put a toner on my hair without question and it turned out AMAZING! I got so many compliments. Not only does she have extensive training which she received in London (like this girl knows what she is doing) she is one of the kindest, most humble and sweetest souls. AND HER PRICES ARE SO REASONABLE! You can’t beat this! Highly highly recommend!!

DO NOT go here, especially with a Groupon….Mitra, the owner will hem and haw and try to sound accommodating, however you will be hard pressed to actually get an appointment. She lied to me right off the bat by saying she was no longer “doing” Groupon. Funny, I was on the website and she was still advertising services.! I had purchased my deal in May and it had an expiration date of 120 days. I called for an appt 10 or 11 days from expiration and she told me first (and I have this on record) that she was all booked. When I tried to see if I could get in (mind you, she is the owner and is not punching a clock) she asked if I lived nearby so that she could call me if MAYBE she had a cancellation . At that point, I was convinced she did not want to honor the deal. I know how Groupon pays the advertisers, and it is rather paltry. The advertisers do not have to pay anything up front……BUT (and there always is) they have to pay Groupon 50 percent of the paid voucher. Groupon pays the vendor every week or so. So, you see, I wanted to redeem my voucher after Mitra had already been paid several months back. No wonder she didn’t want to honor my voucher …I was a bit angry by then with her “maybe” patronizing………done deal….then, when I texted her to see if we could work it out, she threatened to sick her attorney on me! LOL. Unreal over a Groupon, Mitra is a cold, woman!
