Visited this new salon today for the first time. I was so impressed. Every detail of the client experience was well thought out. The front desk girl was so courteous and welcoming! I was offered a beverage immediately and asked if I wanted a refresh throughout my appointment! The stylist was so professional and listened to my wants and suggested things that complimented my features so well. The shampoo bowl was so comfortable to lay in (a really hard thing to find). 10/10 on Element. Outstanding!
