This was a new place that I wanted to try out. The salon and atmosphere were so nice! Loved the decor. They even offered me something to drink as soon as i walked in! I thought that was really sweet. My hairstylist Kelsey was really sweet and did a great job on my hair and styling it. She used some amazing products and made my hair last all day and no frizz!! I will definitely be back! Thank you Element 54 for making my experience relaxing and enjoyable!

I just recently found Shanda and Element 54 and am so thankful I did! I was previously driving an hour elsewhere to get my hair done but wanted to try the highly recommended Element 54 for convenience! Love this salon! I made an appointment for full color because I wanted a dramatic change to my hair. Never had my hair professionally dyed before so I was nervous lol Nicole did my curly cut and color. I told her I wanted to go copper and showed her a few pictures. When I walked out I initially loved the color but as the week went on and other people gave their opinion on the color not suiting my complexion, I didn’t like it as much . I messaged asking if it was possible to have her redo it and they got me in as soon as they could. I went more red and now I love the color. I couldn’t be happier! I felt so bad going back and having her redo it but she made me feel at ease and made me feel pretty! So, thank you so much Nicole! You rock!

After that she put in a toner for way too long. My hair is grey. Which I did not ask for. I basically went in and got the wrong color. SO so bad. Asked the hairdresser and manager to help me out but they are not working with me at all. They had me sign a form where it says no refunds are possible just so they can be sure to mess up your hair without worrying, Below is a picture of my hair after 2,5h coloring and 230 dollars. I am Florida for a month and my daughter found element 54 online. I went yesterday and was so pleased with the peaceful environment, the nice thoughtful snacks that were left out the offer of water or coffee or tea, but most importantly by the professionalism and friendliness of my hairstylist, Johanna Rivera. She offered to color my eyebrows and also neaten them up, along with one color process we were doing. The front desk staff were also just as friendly and inviting encouraging me to offer my husband a seat on the sofa while we waited! Thank you I’m sorry I don’t live here because I would be at Element 54 at least once a month!!

I have had a few experiences at this salon and each time I’ve booked with Kelsey. I think we all look for someone who’s fun to talk to and also knows what they are doing and Kelsey is both! I have never left the salon dissatisfied as she goes above and beyond for her clients and exceeds expectations. My balayages come out perfect and I couldn’t ask for anything more!
