Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a horrible experience at this salon. The workers are very incompetent as they were not able to treat my hair for being “too dry”. I just wanted a hair cut and it makes no sense why they would not be able to cut it. Obviously they don’t know what they’re doing.

I’ve been here a few times, but based off my hair cut I will be finding somewhere new to go. I asked for a trim on my sides and top because it was starting to get too messy. Although the stylist washed my hair for me, which I’ve always appreciated, when she cut my hair she did a hack job. I have what one of my friends calls bowl cut because I now have a non faded line going around my head (going from shorter to longer). The stylist also cut it too short on the front and too long on the back so I can’t even style it. Lastly, around the ears is a straight line, it looks as if she used the wrong clipper then used a different length for the two other small spots she swiped on the side of my head.

A bit on the pricier side for a student on a budget, but my experience was great. The products used were really good, and the hairdresser was super sweet and gentle when washing & cutting my hair.

Randy is the best! She has been doing my hair for 25 years plus. She is such a professional. She knows exactly what to do. She is caring. We have grown up over the years together.

It’s ok but not great. Staff seems to be kinda rude. Not customer friendly. That’s what stops me from going there again even if their haircut is good.
