I drive 30 miles to get my nails done here. I love the friendly environment here i been going here for 2 years. But this experience. I had thus time my nails are not stright and the owner did my nails. Did not get the all the acrylic off my skin. And I had asked for an design and I did not get I ask for. He will not be doing my nails no more. He can just keep on walking around like he usually do. And also u has ask for square round nails. Not square nails. I will be going back but he will not do my nails no more.

First off I’m not one to give bad reviews but it was that bad. I got a DELUXE pedicure and it was the fastest pedicure. No massage, no lotion..she did put a scrub on me. She didn’t clean under my nails. My pedicure probably lasted 15 mins and I wish I was joking. i then got acrylics done and it was the absolute worse acrylics I have ever gotten.

I asked for the deluxe pedicure and paid 45 dollars. She didn’t even try to do anything required for the service I paid for. I don’t have bad feet, but I asked for the deluxe pedicure for a reason. I still have the same dead skin I had when I went in. I also wanted a nail set. I wasn’t given what I asked for, I was given the shape she wanted me to have. I was looking for a nail shop closer to me. But this one ain’t it. Worst $95 I have ever spent on nail and pedicure!

I went the first time and felt I was overcharged for the abbreviated pedicure I received but did like the polish job. So I tried again…not a great pedicure. No cleaning under the nails or trimming ingrown corners…not my idea of a quality pedicure.

Pedicure was really good ,very pleased. I’m pretty picky about my manicures, my cuticles always need cut down quite a bit. I just moved here from Memphis and I was not looking forward to trying to find a new place to go that would do as good a job as my place in Memphis did. I am pleased with my manicure,I will be going back, hopefully I will continue to have good experiences at this business.

I had the worst nail experience yesterday. I went in to have dip nail removed and my toes done with regular polish. The man there took an hour to do my feet, 3 other people who had gotten Started after me and were finished and done before me. They had more work than a regular polish. It was like he kept layering coat after coat of paint. Then he decided to put acetone on cotton balls and left them on my fingers for the whole hour while he was on my feet. Then when he started to take it off. The cotton was like a brick on my nails. It hurt very bad. Then he had to drill it off.. Finally a lady took over did what she could. But my nails are so thin and this morning I have very sore hands. Washing my hair is painful. I will never go to a nail place again. This was a nightmare. Oh did I mention I had to still pay for this service??? And 4 of the workers had to stop and knew of the situation… I went to get my nails done cause I am going to the beach and now my hands are gonna bother me on my trip. They are very sore this morning.
