Horrible service and the worst I’ve ever experienced from this shop. First and foremost, I am American so I know nothing in America is free, so to say that to a customer because of one question about a charge you as a manger was trying to charge me is wrong because you never know another persons struggle. The manager was so disrespectful and rude because I asked why am I being charged a higher price than what I am usually charged from two stylist whenever I come in for a style and cut. My hair is natural and has been for 4 years and never got charged so high only for a treatment I usually get. Don’t get rude to a customer because of your stylist mistakes and because of what they charge the customers. To say my hair is nappy is actually disrespectful to an African American because guess what hunny, y’all got the same texture. Your stylist snuck additional services into my hair when it was said not to do and wanna scam me for a higher price. Good customer service is “My I’m sorry, Publix does not have ITEM available, so I replaced at with the item below. In your app, you can now approve this replacement or select a different replacement! Thank you! For the mix up, we will honor it for today but just know these are NOW the prices.” I know every one of the prices, I WAS a regular but after today, never again. Disrespectful to talk about a customer in a different language like yes sweetheart I understand Spanish fluently, I’m half Dominican too.
