Adriana is an amazing hairstylist and person. Not only does she take her time with your hair, but she gives you advice on how to keep it healthy. Shes gotten me to blonde a couple of times with no damage whatsoever and every time she cuts my hair it grows very fast. Dont get your hair cut here if you have curly hair. They act like they know what there doing and then you get results that make you want to cry. My hair is two different lengths but they cut it so short that I can’t even fix it. I asked for long layers mind you my hair was almost down to my butt. Now it’s above my shoulders and I can’t fix it. And there’s no layers. They did worse then hair cuttery.

As a former manager at Cesar’s Nails and Spa, I was exposed to so many things about this industry, so much that I too am now a Cosmetologist.. from Front desk, to nail tech, to waxing and now I’m a hairstylist.. up the ladder is how it goes… as for Bettsis, one of your new employees…. You can see the experience right from the get go with her.. reading these reviews is scary… it’s none of the clients faults other than your employees, it is a communication boundary…. I find it hard to believe, just how do these employees communicate to guests or returning guests. With Bettsis, she did my cut, she helped me evolve, she spends that extra moment with clients that is needed for the best outcome, she is honest and hard working, she has talent that is not allowed in salons because it is seen as a threat, (as per color work). Which is another indication of bad management and tender headed employees… I hope and pray that this salon hires more stylists like Bettsis, those unsubstantial reviews would minimize and you will have more residual income because of the type of stylists you hire. It is all about your Staff… nothing else matters… staff will make the guests feel right at home and willing to get that follow up date versus waiting on a call for them to book.
