Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in for a pedicure today and as usual they were great with greeting. The woman who did my feet did not want to do my pedicure. Her name is MiMi. Mimi did the worst job. I’ve been here before so I was surprised at the service I received. When I sat down she greeted me, however when I denied a callous removal the service got worse. Mimi did not manicure my feet, she quickly went through cutting, only the nails on one foot and filing the nas on the other. I also did not want gel as it’s bad on MMYY toes, this should not have been a problem The man next to me received a waaay better service and he didn’t even get color. I asked mimi to just do a regular pedicure with a foot scrub (this is my norm) she then scrubs only the top part of my foot. When it came to color, I chose the one I wanted. When she was done I looked down at my toes to see THICK lumpy color. She said “regular color is hard for me” well, if it’s hard for you call someone who it’s not hard for. When I asked her to remove it because the color was not neat, she said she would charge me $5 for the change. I decided to just get clear coat. Mimi proceeded to talk over me and was disrespectful. I asked her if she was mad at me to which she said “no” but mimi was not accommodating. She did not want to fix the bad job she did on my feet. I want to go back but due to the lack of care they did on my feet I’m one woman who will even say anything against the many who just ignore the problems when it comes to salons like this one.
